It is bad enough having to do washing and ironing, so you deserve to at least make the laundering process more enjoyable by redesigning your laundry.

Build shelving and space for machines, change the layout, lift things off the floor, have you thought about a built in ironing board. It does not have to placed in the laundry away from family and home life, there are many options.
